Post Video artifacts
Hi,

I've got video artifacts in game. They are located at the bottom and right part of the screen, looks like some refraction and ~10 pixels thick.

On in-game screenshot they can be easily observed on banner (bottom left corner) - zoom picture in any editor to 400%.
It seems that panel is not affected - bottom right corner where End Turn button is.

After exiting to the Main Menu artifact is seen better. Now there are green lines with some color distortions.

Game resolution - 1280x1024. All video settings at max.

To me it looks like the bloom effect luminosity "layer" is somewhat off position. You can see the regular 3D image render behind it, and it explains why the end turn button is not affected... the 2D parts of the HUD have no bloom effect as it should.

And that's not 10 pixels, more like 3 or 4.
